I purchased a print and ordered a frame from poster Palooza , I was so pleased I started taking my other framed items off the wall and reframing them, they have excellent prices and fast free shipping, I do wish I can get different color mat other than black or white, but for the price I’ll just order one ,, I’m glad I found them , thanks
I got this mat for a crosstitch project framing an anniversary gift to my husband for our 39th wedding anniversary. It had to be perfect and it was. The color turned out beautiful (it is off whit and can clash easily), and the custom size was right on. Thanks guys.
First, customer service was quick and easy to work with. I needed to make sure the color was correct and order a custom size; they helped me quickly. The mat came on time and was exactly what I needed for my poster.
Mat came in quickly and fit perfectly. I have no complaints and will definitely hit here first when I have new projects.
Condition was great, somehow lost all the hardware but it was worth replacing as the frame was perfect!

I find the frames to be very well made, and fairly priced. I also like that they carry multiple sizes and colors for the frames. I highly recommend this company.
I would like to see an option to get non-glare acrylic for the frames, as some of the areas I have posters displayed get a lot of glare from ambient lighting, detracting from the presentation. Unfortunately, I will have to order the non-glare acrylic from another source in order to help alleviate the glare issue of the supplied acrylic.
I needed a frame size which was not listed on the website. I contacted the seller via email and they responded within an hour! They adjusted their website to include the size frame and mat I needed and I was able to make the purchase that same day. Awesome customer service. The product is just perfect for my needs. I use it to frame jigsaw puzzles which I want to use as art work on my walls. The product if of high quality. This is about the 4th time I have purchased their frames for this purpose.
